Caution
Before operating this compressor, please read and become familiar with the entire instruction leaflet and retain for future reference.
Read Carefully
Unless directions are followed, physical injury or property damage may result. When using the compressor ensure you are parked in a safe location, off the road with the car handbrake is on and your personal safety is not at risk. The Compressor must not be used when the vehicle is moving. Never leave the compressor unattended. When the compressor is not in use store in the bag provided.
- Power required 12 volts DC rated at 10 amps DC.
- This compressor is designed for occasional use only. Operation over an extended period of time will overheat the unit and damage the compressor. It is should not be used continuously for more than 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn it off and let it cool for 15 minutes before resuming operation.
- If the compressor is making an abnormal sound, or the temperature of the unit is too high, turn the power off immediately and let it cool for at least 30 minutes before resuming operation.
- Do not use the air compressor on high pressure tyres such as those used on commercial vehicles, agricultural or specialist vehicles.
- Ensure that the device is stored in a dry place.
- Do not allow the compressor to be positioned close to inflammable liquids or gases. Do not allow the compressor to become wet.
- Only use the adapters supplied with the device.
To Inflate Tyres – Manual Operation
- Plug the cigarette lighter into the 12v socket. (Fig 1)
- Screw the valve connector clockwise onto the tyre valve stem. Ensure the connector is well connected with the stem. (Fig 2)
- Push the ON / OFF button to switch the device on.
- Press M button to select pressure gauge from Bar, Kpa, Psi (Fig 3)
- Use the + and – buttons to increase or decrease the pressure.
- Depress the ON/ OFF button to switch the device off.
Automatic Operation – preset the pressure value :-
- Plug the cigarette lighter into the 12v socket. (Fig 1)
- Screw the valve connector clockwise onto the tyre valve stem. Ensure the connector is well connected with the stem. (Fig 2)
- Hold + or – for more than 5 seconds until LCD display flashes. The figure that first appears is the default value (30psi) To change this, press the + or – to the required pressure setting and wait 2-3 seconds. The LCD will display the current pressure value for the item to be inflated.
- Press the M button and the LCD will display “ON” to indicate that the compressor is ready to start working.
- Push the ON/ OFF for the compressor to start, when the pressure value reaches the required value. The compressor will automatically switch off and the LCD display will show “OFF”.
- The ON/OFF button can be used to override the preset pressure value if required.
Note:- The gauge on this compressor is for guidance only. Check pressure with a known accurate gauge.
The compressor can be used without the engine running but this will drain the power from the battery.
For Inflatables
- Select the suitable adapter and insert into the valve connector.
- Insert the connector adapter into the appropriate inlet of the inflatable
- Plug the cigarette lighter into the 12v socket. (Fig 1)
- Push the on / off button to switch the compressor on.
- Only inflate product to the manufactures specifications

Bicycle tyres 35-40psi Football 13psi
Basketball 9psi Volleyball 5psi
Lawn tractor tyre 22psi
- Caution should be taken not to over inflate.
- Push the ON/ OFF button to switch the compressor off.
- Remove adapter from the inflatable and remove adapter from the connector.
Cautions
- Inspect before each use. Do not use the compressor if bent, broken, melted, burnt, wet or any of the components are damaged.
- Do not kink or block the air hose while the compressor is working.
