Pairing

Open the charging case and take out both earbuds, they will turn on and get into pairing mode. Then the LED light of the main earbud will flashes in red and white alternately, the white LED light of the slave earbud is always on.
Turn on the Bluetooth of your device, choose “SOUNDPEATS Truengine 3 SE” to pair.

Reset

Put both earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are in charging status.
Then Press and hold both MFBs for 10s until white LEDs flash twice, the reset is complete.

Q1:When charging the case, what does the charging light mean?When charging for the case, the LED light is always on.When the case is fully charged, the LED light goes out.

	When there is 0-24% battery, one white light flashes from the bottom.
	When there is 50%-74% battery, two white lights from the bottom are on,The third white light flashes.
	When there is 100% battery, all four lights are on.
	When there is 25%-49% battery, one white light from the bottom is onThe second white light flashes.
	When there is 75%-99% battery, three white lights from the bottom are on,The fourth white light flashes.

Q2: Why is the earphone still connected to the mobile phone after putting it back into the charging case?

The charging case has no remaining power. When the case is out of battery, the earphone can not be turned off after putting into the case.
Please make sure the earphone is correctly placed in the charging case, and the charging metal sheet and charging pin are clean. Please try to clean the charging contact between the charging case and the earphone with a soft cloth.

Q3: Why the playtime does not match as advertised?A single charge cannot support continuous use for 30 hours. The earphone can be used for about 6.5 hours for a single charge, and the charging case can provide four times the charge.
